Square footage ranges from 980 sq ft to 1440 sq ft.  

Within the desired sq ft, you are able to design a home custom to your family size or lifestyle. 

The price of your home will only be determined by the square footage, not the number of bedrooms. Home can consist of up to four bedrooms. 

They are constructed with a base of 14" space flooring for a more durable base of your home, and framed to pass city limits codes regardless if your property is in county area.

City limits or county area, we build homes to move to your area from Starr Co, Willacy, Hildago to Cameron County.
