Home pricing is based on total square footage rather than the number of bedrooms. Within the selected square footage, you may design a home with up to four bedrooms without an increase in price. For example, a three-bedroom layout can be designed within a 1,040 sq. ft. or 1,344 sq. ft. home. Please contact our office for additional details at (956) 384-2324.


At this time, we do not build on customer-owned property. However, we do offer assistance with relocation expenses by providing a $1,500 moving credit. Any remaining balance will depend on the moving company selected and the distance of the move.


R. Gonzalez Investments LLC maintains minimal qualification requirements. If the property is in your name and you are current on property payments, as well as able to provide the required down payment, you may qualify to purchase a home.


No, your property does not need to be paid off. An additional form will be completed to notify the first lien holder that you are prepared to place a home from Gonzalez Investments on the property.


That is not an issue. As long as the property purchase has been officially recorded with the county courthouse, you are eligible to proceed with the purchase of a home.


At this time, we do not offer fully completed, move-in-ready homes. To better understand what is included with our homes, please visit the Our Homes section of our website for detailed specifications.


Finishing costs vary based on the buyer’s preferences and selections. You have the flexibility to choose materials and finishes that align with your budget, whether sourcing through local suppliers or retail stores. This allows you to control the overall cost of completion.


On average, homes are completed within 3–6 weeks when there is no active waitlist. Build times may vary depending on demand and scheduling availability. For a more accurate timeframe, we recommend contacting our office directly.


Yes, floor plan modifications are available prior to construction. We are happy to work with you to customize a layout based on your preferences. Please note that homes purchased from existing inventory are sold as-is.
